Gateway runs internship programs over a wide range of areas, including:

- Pastoral

- Multimedia (Design, Live production)

- Music

- Sport & Recreation

The Internship programs run for 12 months, usually part-time. All programs include training in spiritual development, as well as skill-based learning in an environment of accountability & encouragement!

The Intern growth pathway is available in a number of environments, namely:

- Workplace Ministry

- Music / Creative Arts

- Community Action

- Youth / Children's work

- Mission work

- Schools ministry
